I.The Contact Heat Resistance Test Apparatus EN702&ISO 12127-1
The contact heat resistance test apparatus is developed in accordance with the EN 702 testing standard and also meets the requirements of the domestic standard AQ 6103-2007 (Protective gloves for welders - Contact heat resistance test). It displays parameters such as contact temperature, measurement start time, and threshold time. The testing principle involves placing the protective fabric in contact with a heated cylinder under a pressure of 49 N at a set temperature; the time required for the temperature to rise by 10°C from the initial temperature is defined as the "threshold time," which serves as a metric for evaluating the thermal protection performance of the fabric.

II. Main Features
1. Uses a high-temperature resistant metal heating element with a contact surface diameter of 25.2 ± 0.05 mm;
2. Heating element temperature range: Room temperature to 500°C; real-time display via the human-machine interface;
3. Calorimeter contact surface dimensions: 25 ± 0.05 mm (diameter) × 5 ± 0.02 mm (thickness); temperature measurement range up to at least 500°C;
4. Contact force: 49 N; contact speed: 5 mm/s; calorimeter controlled by a servo motor for automatic lifting and lowering; the entire test process is automatically executed via program control;
5. The heating element platform can move horizontally (left/right) to facilitate sample loading and ensure operator safety;
6. LCD display panel; PLC automatically records the initial test temperature, threshold time, temperature at the end of the threshold time, and real-time temperature.
