I. Non-Combustibility Test Furnace for Building Materials ISO 1182

The Non-combustibility Test Instrument is used for determining the non-combustibility performance of the building and railway material under a 750ºC furnace.

During the Non-Combustibility Test, the test specimen (diameter 45mm and height 50mm) is inserted into a stabilized furnace at 750ºC, and the temperature of the furnace, surface & center of the specimen will be measured. Also, the flaming time and moss loss are recorded.

Non-Combustibility Test Instrumentis widely used to assess the flammability performance class of materials, such as EN 13501-1, EN 45545-2, DIN 4102, IMO FTP Code, etc.

II. Main Features

1. Adopts modern electronic automatic design with silicon controlled technology to adjust furnace temperature by power regulation.

2. The heating source is an electric furnace preheated to 750±5°C, with a maximum internal furnace temperature of 900°C.

3. 360° rotatable and liftable thermocouple scanning device.

4. Stainless steel inverted cone air stabilizer and cylindrical flow guide hood.

5. Software automatically controls the heating rate and regulates furnace temperature in multiple stages.

6. Equipped with data acquisition and analysis software, which can automatically generate test reports via computer.
