I.Product Introduction:
With the continuous advancement of aviation technology, flame retardancy testing equipment for aerospace materials has gained increasing prominence. The internationally recognized aviation fuel burner, widely adopted for material testing in spacecraft, is now extensively utilized. This specialized flame combustion tester for aviation materials was developed in compliance with both international and domestic standards, incorporating a large-scale gas burner imported from the United States and relevant specifications. Currently, it has been progressively adopted by authoritative aviation research institutions in China.
The device is a multifunctional combined test bench, which can realize the combustion test of airborne equipment, accessories and structural parts in the designated fire zone of aircraft by large combustible gas burner and small gas burner. The test samples include cable and electrical connector, hose and pneumatic components.
The latest second-generation burner has been redesigned to meet the FAA's latest requirements. It addresses the production halt of the first-generation prototype and resolves temperature and heat instability issues. This burner fully complies with FAA' s combustion testing standards for various aircraft materials.
