1. The combustion test chamber adopts an all-stainless steel structure with a wall thickness of 2mm, which is not easy to deform after combustion.
2. There are ten 19mm ventilation holes at the bottom of the chamber, and 13mm-wide ventilation slots around.
3. Bunsen burner with 9.5mm inner nozzle diameter; flame height adjustable to 38mm.
4. The chamber is equipped with a tempered glass viewing window for easy observation by operators.
5. A collection tray is fitted at the chamber bottom to collect molten drips.
6. U-shaped stainless steel sample holder, insertable from the right side of the chamber.
7. The instrument starts timing automatically once the U-shaped stainless steel sample holder is inserted.
8. The combustion flame will be automatically cut off 15 seconds after the test starts.
9. Needle valve and ball valve are provided for gas regulation and shut-off.
10.Optional stainless steel sample holder with heat-resistant metal wire for flexible fabrics.
