ASTM D1384 6-Unit Corrosion Test Equipment for Coolant Corrosion Performance Test

The main principle of the Engine Coolant Corrosion Tester: six typical metals used in engine cooling systems are processed into test pieces, weighed and connected into a test piece bundle, and then completely immersed in the specified test piece. At the end of the test, the test piece was taken out, cleaned and weighed again, and the corrosion was evaluated by the corrected mass change value of the test piece before and after the test.
The instrument is suitable for high boiling point and engine coolants and their concentrates, and also for engine cooling system rust inhibitors.

6.A buzzer will be triggered to remind users before the test comes to completion.
7.The built-in database stores relevant test data, including test start time, test end time, sample code, test temperature, test cell number, test result judgment, preset test time, actual test running time, test equipment code, operator name and so on. Users can directly access any record on the main unit display screen. The database supports up to 999 records. When the storage is full, the earliest stored records will be automatically overwritten.
