ASTM D2420 Hydrogen Sulfide Tester for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Lead Acetate Method)

This ASTM D2420 LPG Hydrogen Sulfide Test Apparatus is used to detect the presence or absence of hydrogen sulfide in liquefied petroleum gas. The lower limit of detection of hydrogen sulfide is 4mg/m3.If methyl mercaptan is present on the lead acetate test strip, it will produce a short-term yellow stain, but it will disappear completely in less than 5 minutes.Other sulfides in liquefied petroleum gas do not interfere with this test.
