This Automatic Quenching Oil Medium Cooling Performance Tester is the first product in China that adopts computer automatic control, which replaces the previous paper recorder, which makes the operation easier and reduces the manual procedures of the operator, thus ensuring the accuracy of the results. The machine consists of a host computer, a computer-controlled automatic test system, a heating furnace, and a stirring system. The user only needs to put the sample into the test cup and press the "Start" button on the computer, and the instrument will automatically measure and save the results.
1. The microcomputer temperature control system automatically detects the laboratory temperature, and automatically calculates the heating rate according to the working environment to ensure the accuracy of the temperature.
2. The shell of the instrument is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is treated by electrostatic spraying and high temperature baking, which is easy to clean and corrosion-resistant.
3. The high-temperature furnace adopts Swiss high-quality electric heating wire as the heating element, with uniform temperature and long service life.
4. The furnace adopts 8-hole circulating heating tank to avoid the disadvantage that the heating wire is easy to burn.
5. The furnace body is made of stainless steel.
6. The low-temperature furnace is formed by a mold, and the aluminum bath is conducted to prevent the sample from entering the heater and causing fire.
7. The furnace connection adopts standard slide rail, which is slidable and easy to maintain.
8. The inner hole of the furnace is equipped with an anti-signal interference slot to avoid electromagnetic interference during the test process, which will cause the data collected by the silver probe to be disordered.
