This lubricating rease shear tester is a special testing instrument designed and manufactured according to the requirements for full-scale workers in international standards such as ISO 2137. It is suitable for the determination of working penetration or extended working penetration of lubricating grease and petroleum grease under the above standards, and performing 60 or 100,000 shear tests. Thereby evaluating the mechanical stability of grease and petroleum grease.
1. The spindle motor adopts a single-phase squirrel-cage motor, which runs smoothly; the reducer adopts a box-type gear structure, which works reliably; the counter adopts digital display, which is convenient for observation; the base is made of thick steel plate, which is firm and durable.
2. Plum-shaped elastic coupling is used to connect the reducer and the motor.
3. Double output shaft reducer. The transmission ratio is 25:1, and a pair of eccentric mechanisms are installed on the turbine shaft at both ends of the reducer
4. It is installed on the frame on both sides of the reducer, driven by the motor through the coupling through the eccentric mechanism of the reducer, and works continuously at about 60 movements per minute.
5. 5-inch color LCD touch screen. When selecting the number of computer relays, use the wave switch to arbitrarily set a number (time), when the number reaches the set value, it can drive the relay to work and cut off the motor power.
6. This instrument is a double-acting reciprocating test equipment. It is composed of motor coupling, reducer, eccentric mechanism, working device and machine base, etc.
7. The computer monitors the motor temperature and torque parameters in real time, so as to protect the motor from damage.
8. It has the function of monitoring the ambient temperature. If it exceeds the test temperature range of 15-30°C, a prompt will be given.
