This Automatic Apparent Viscosity Tester of Engine Oils is designed and manufactured according to the standards China GB/T 6538 Determination of apparent viscosity of engine oils using the cold-cranking simulator (CCS method) and American ASTM D5293.At the temperature range: -35℃∼-5℃,the interval 5℃ temperature condition , and the viscosity range:1500mPa•s∼27000mPa•s to detect the apparent viscosity of the apparent oils.

1.The automatic measurement system of the instrument includes various operations required for experiments such as injection, temperature control, detection, calculation, storage, and printing, and automatically detects the rotation speed, and the viscosity results can be automatically generated according to the rotation speed without manual calculation.

5. Imported Omron temperature controller controls stator temperature, the temperature is accurate, convenient and fast.
 
6.The CCS Cold Cranking Simulator test machine adopts a stacked refrigeration system with imported compressor andimported refrigerant, which can quickly reduce the sample temperature to the temperature required by the experiment. Long-term use reliability exceeds that of semiconductor refrigeration.
7. Improved rotor, low torque test state, high repeatability.

8.The software has 7 built-in B-value curves, so that each different temperature test point has a corresponding temperature curve. Compared with a set of B-value curve schemes of peers, the accuracy is higher. Moreover, customers can also calibrate the required B-value curve according to the temperature point according to the wear and tear of the machine in the later stage.

9.The instrument's transmuter stator system does not need to be cleaned with special solvents.

10.The cleaning system of the instrument has a heating function, which increases the temperature of the area to be cleaned after the experiment to improve the efficiency of cleaning.
