General Introduction

The Foam Characteristics Apparatus is designed and made as per standards GB/T12579 Determination of foaming characteristics of lubricating oils and ASTM D 892 Standard Test Method for Foaming Characteristics of Lubricating Oils. It is used to determine the foaming tendency and stability of lubricating oils.

Product Advantages

1.This Foam Characteristics Apparatus consists of three parts: a low-temperature thermostatic section and its control section, a high-temperature thermostatic section and its control section, and the low-temperature thermostatic section is equipped with a portable refrigerator matched to it.

2.After setting the instrument's thermostatic point, the instrument will automatically enter the thermostatic state without further adjustments. The temperature controller also has a parameter correction function.

3.This Foam Characteristics Apparatus has an automatic timing reminder function.

4.It uses a high-precision LCD temperature controller and sensor, with accurate temperature control and a precision of ±0.5℃.

5.The gas flow control system is composed of an oxygen pump, rotor flowmeter, etc., with reliable performance.
