Low Temperature Torque Tester for Grease-Lubricated Wheel Bearings
This Low Temperature Torque Tester is suitable for measuring the running performance of the grease in the specially manufactured, spring-loaded automobile wheel bearing assembly under low temperature conditions. The test principle is to fill the grease sample into a specially manufactured automobile wheel bearing assembly.The assembly is heated first, and then cold soaked at -40°C. In addition, other test temperatures can be set according to the requirements of the grease specifications. The spindle is rotated of 1r/min, and the torque value to prevent rotation of the hub is measured at 60 s.
