LOI-A Limiting Oxygen Index Test Apparatus is designed to test combustibility by oxygen concentration, letting user know minimum oxygen concentration as necessary for combustion.
The working principle is: Place the specimen into the testing chimney, filling with oxygen and nitrogen into the chimney, ignite the specimen, then measure the min concentration of oxygen to support continuous combustion.
Limiting Oxygen Index Test Apparatus adopts Paramagnetic type oxygen sensor, which accuracy can be up to +/-0.1%;
The sensor is better than traditional electrochemical sensor, because it don’t need to change oxygen battery, so, it has long lift time more accurate and faster response time.
Limiting Oxygen Index Test Apparatus is equipped with 2pcs Mass Flow Controller(MFC) to control N2 and O2 mixing ratio;
The apparatus has high temperature quartz glass tank;
The LOI test apparatus has supported and unsupported sample clamps;
Limiting Oxygen Index Test Apparatus is equipped with portable ignition device, gas tank connector, accurate pin valve to adjust the flame;
Digital setting N2 and O2 concentration;
Computer+LABVIEW software to control N2 and O2 mixing ratio, read O2 concentration in mixing chamber, and store&print out test results;
Reserve a calibration port to calibrate the sensor;
Stainless steel air channel design, equipped with one way fire-resistance valve, magnetic valve, fine filter, so, it is stable and safe;
Patented design gas mixing chamber, which ensure the gases can mix the gases in short time, data is more accurate;
